The register of each units is servo control, more precision and more accurate.
The feeder unit, lead edge feeder with motorized control of side baffles. Extended dust removing system with 3-4 sets of upper blower and anti-static brushes, reduce the down time for printing plate cleaning.
The printer unit, vacuum transfer system. Quick-lock plate mounting system. Roll-to roll or doctor blade (chamber or single) inking system.
Auto high-pressure water spraying system for high efficiency ink washing. Scientific design of ink recycling system and easy maintenance.
The slotting boss moves along linear guides driven by lead screws for more flexible and precise movement, can chose single shaft slotting or dual shaft slotting.
Frequency control of independent motor of anvil cylinder for line speed compensation, with micro grinding system for anvil cover.
Automatic adjustment according to the thickness of the paperboard, ensure transportation of paperboard.
Side belts and guiding wheel of folder gluer use 4 independent motor to make sure more accurate folding and conveying.
Counter ejector unit: Top loading collector. Max 25 bundles per minute
